Our goal with our Construction Department is to complete every project in a safe and timely manor. We use in-house employees, so as to time-manage our work force to meet challenging demands for each project.

Thermodyne Services understands that for the General Contractors we work with to be successful, they must use successful, team oriented Sub-Contractors. Our quality and prompt completion of projects allows us to do the ongoing Service/Maintenance with many Property Managers/Building Owners afterwards.

Jimmy DePetris
Estimator

Jimmy DePetris is responsible for our Commercial and Industrial Construction Department for HVAC: Including Plan & spec (New Construction & Renovation), Tenant Build Out (1st & 2nd Generation) and Design Build. He has over 20-years of HVAC Estimating experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction. He is also a Graduate of the Apprenticeship Program. Jimmy DePetris has worked for Thermodyne more than 10 years.
