Our Service and Maintenance Department is a core part of our business,
not just a sideline like most of our construction-oriented competitors.
We do service/maintenance for a large percentage of our Construction/Design-Build customers due to our Quality.

We perform maintenance agreements on almost 300 Businesses per month.

Jim Randle has been licensed in the HVAC service/installation industry for 36 consecutive years and has attended many Factory Schools including the latest DDC control systems. He has also serviced/designed/installed all types of systems, from very small process systems to very large and automated complexes.

He is also responsible for our continuous in-house training program. Jim Randle has worked at Thermodyne over 15 consecutive years.

Jim Williams is responsible for our Maintenance Department and new/replacement equipment sales. He is a Graduate of the Apprenticeship
program and has been licensed in HVAC for over 23 consecutive years.

Jim Williams has worked at Thermodyne over 20 consecutive years.
